Shipping policy

In-store pickup:

Click and Collect is available from our Timaru store within 48 hours of confirmation. You will receive an email with instructions on how to pickup your click and collect order.  Special order items and bikes may take an extra amount of time.

Local Delivery:

Local delivery available by prior arrangement. We reserve the right to decline delivery at our discretion.

Shipping:

Shipping is unavailable on anything deemed as Dangerous Goods e.g. Lithium batteries, co2 canisters or aerosols. This includes e-Bikes, some cleaning products and other certain products.

Shipping for large or heavy items such as Bikes or Car Racks may be available. Contact info@dccycles.co.nz or call us on 036848900 for further information.

Shipping rates will vary and will be calculated at checkout.
